Email me as soon as you realise you wish to return/exchange the item and as long as the item is unworn and in the same condition that it was sold, I am happy to exchange it, as long as it is returned within 14 days of the purchase date. If you wish to exchange an item, please include a prepaid envelope with the item to be exchanged, so I can send the new item to you. If you wish to keep a store credit - that is fine.
